Wind River Days is the biggest outdoor festival of the year! Held in gorgeous Lander, WY at Wind River Outdoor Company, the state’s premier outdoor and fly shop,
it’s not just a fun time, it’s a must see!
Our goal is to celebrate everything about the Wyoming outdoor lifestyle. And let’s be honest…. There is a whole lot to celebrate.
After all, Wyoming is home to some of the most beautiful wild lands in the country. From the hissing geysers of Yellowstone National Park and the craggy peaks of the mighty
Teton Mountain Range to the cascading falls of the Popo Agie River and the striking red sandstone cliffs of Flaming Gorge, Wyoming has something to offer no matter what kind of open spaces you are looking for. Camping, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, rafting, hunting,
cross country skiing, climbing, and backpacking are just a few of the things that
Wyoming’s wild lands have to offer.
And no matter what your next adventure is, we all know how important it is to have the right gear for the job. During Wind River Days it is our goal to not only give you the best deals on the best equipment but to have a whole lot of fun.
Starting Wednesday Aug 7th and running until Sunday Aug 11th, we are excited to be hosting
5 jam packed days of food, fun, and festivities.
On Wednesday Aug 7th, we kick off the day with local food trucks, cool beer, and some incredible in-store deals.
On Thursday Aug 8th, we heat things up with live music by Low Water String Band starting
at 5:30 pm. Grab a cocktail and get here early for a good spot for the show.
On Friday Aug 9th, we continue to celebrate the area’s biggest outdoor festival with some amazing brats, burgers and some cold beverages as well as stellar deals on outdoor essentials.
On Saturday Aug 10th, stock up on all of your summer and fall outdoor essentials during out epic vendor fair. With vendors such Vortex Optics, Maven, Benchmade Knife Company, Patagonia, and many more, you’re sure to get the best of the best in outdoor gear. Vendors open at 10 am and close at 4 pm so be here and get prepped for your next adventure.
And on Sunday Aug 11th, we are going out with bang, with great specials all day inside the store.
